I must say that when we first started with Employee Leasing it was for the sole purpose of acquiring work comp insurance. In our field of work it had become extremely difficult if not impossible to get work comp, therefore the savings were obviously great. At first I felt if not for that issue it was crazy to even consider a payroll leasing company due to the fact that we are a small company with not many employees and doing payroll each week was no big deal. Now I feel differently! Yes, I could easily do payroll myself without it being much of an issue but it sure is nice not having to! We no longer have to pay our accountant to take care of our quarterly tax reports and I no longer have to get to the bank in time each week to make the payroll tax deposit.
